Shipments and returns
Your Package Shipment
Packages typically arrive within two (2) days after we receive your order. We also provide an option for pick-up at our warehouse. If you're located more than 200 miles away, we offer UPS shipping for an additional cost. Please contact us beforehand to arrange this.
Delivery within 200 miles is free of charge. Shipping fees encompass handling and packing fees, as well as postage costs. Please note that handling fees are fixed.
Returns
We always hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if the item arrives with factory damage, you have 15 days to return it. Please contact us in such cases.
